The Alzheimer's Association - Florida Gulf Coast Chapter in collaboration with Better Living for Seniors announces the Second Annual "Think About It Dementia Care Conference," an educational event for family caregivers. As last year, the conference will include a resource and educational fair.

The event includes an educational and informational resource fair, keynote with Neuropsychologist, Dr. Jeff Reddout, multiple workshops, refreshments, door prizes and much more.

To be a vendor at the educational health fair:

Our goal for the educational fair is to educate family caregivers about available programs and services specifically related to Alzheimer's Disease and related Dementia.

One table will be provided to the first 40 registrants who return the attached completed form along with their $75 registration fee. Current BLFS members will receive a discounted rate of $65, and Alzheimer's Association-Florida Gulf Coast Chapter (AAFGCC) Corporate Members receive a FREE table.

To receive the BLFS discount you must be an active member.
