Lakeland Volunteer in Medicine (LVIM) is a non-profit, 501c3 organization, that provides FREE, high-quality outpatient primary medical, dental and mental health care to the working uninsured of Polk County. All patients are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve will receiving quality healthcare and medicine they need to continue being productive community members. All of these services are provided by volunteers, who make up 96% of the staff at LVIM.

Integrity Therapy specializes in providing skilled Physical and Occupational Therapy services to our senior population in patient homes or assisted living facilities throughout Polk and additional counties.
Some of the areas we can help include: Home safety assessments, getting into/out of bed, chairs and cars; balance; walking; navigating steps, stairs and curbs; strength, flexibility and coordination; caregiver training; falling or safety concerns and pain management.
Free hearing tests. Dispense and service hearing aids of various manufacturers and styles. Taking most insurances with no prepayment up front.
