Amber Farrer is deeply dedicated to serving seniors and their families. She began caring for seniors in 2008 and, in 2021, became CORE trained and certified in Assisted Living. Amber currently serves as the Sales and Marketing Director at Spring Haven Senior Living, beautifully located on Lake Hartridge in Winter Haven.

With a genuine passion for advocacy, Amber is committed to helping seniors navigate this season of life by connecting them with valuable community resources. Her heart is to ensure that the final chapter of life is not just comfortable, but truly the greatest part of their journey.

Amber is highly active in the community and her church. She serves on the Women’s Resource Center Board of Directors and the Navigators Board at Journey Point Church, where she continues to pour into others through leadership and service.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys traveling out of state, spending quality time with her amazing husband and five children, and cherishing one of her favorite roles of all—being Lala to her sweet grandsons.
