We specializing in helping seniors and their families with all of their real estate needs. (1) DOWNSIZING: When seniors would like to downsize and are not quite ready to move into a care home, we can help them sell and buy, or sell and build more appropriate homes for aging in place. (2) TRANSITIONING: When seniors transition from their family homes into care homes, we can help them sell their property or properties. (3) PROBATE: When seniors pass and their family or probate attorney need to sell real estate assets, we help with the entire process. (4) REMODELING: When seniors would like to age in place and stay in the homes that they love, we help remodel their homes to suit their lifestyle needs. We update bathrooms with walk in showers or walk in tub/showers and grab bars, install ramps and accessibility items, update kitchens and living spaces to specific requirements and more. (5) TINY HOMES or MOTHER-IN-LAW SUITES: Sometimes families find it best for us to help them build a tiny house in the back yard of their existing homes, a place for their parents to maintain some independence, and a place that is also very near to the family in times of need. Contact us today to discuss your unique senior situation and the possible solutions available.
